MOTHERED est un jeu d'aventure d'horreur à la première personne avec une mécanique pointer-cliquer, situé dans une représentation familière mais étrangement contre nature de la maison. Pendant sept jours, vous jouez le rôle de LIANA - une jeune fille qui est arrivée à la maison pour rester avec sa mère après avoir subi une intervention chirurgicale majeure.

En arrivant dans votre nouvelle maison, vous ne trouvez qu'un étrange mannequin qui prétend être votre mère. En parlant avec ce mannequin, vous en découvrirez plus sur le rôle que vous jouez dans ce monde. Liana peut-elle aider sa mère à revenir à ce qu'elle était, ou allez-vous vous retrouver à répéter les erreurs du passé ?
